1. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account or by emailing us at fableletters@gmail.com.
2. REFUNDS
- Unshipped future deliveries may be refundable at our discretion.
- Delivered or in‑transit story shipments are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved.
3. FAILED PAYMENTS
If a payment fails, we will notify you to update your billing information. Subscription shipments may pause until payment is resolved.
