Welcome to FableLetters LLC (“FableLetters,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and subscription Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. SERVICE OVERVIEW
We provide a subscription service delivering original children’s stories via mail twice per month to addresses within the United States.
2. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
Only parents or legal guardians may create accounts and purchase subscriptions. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
3. BILLING & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize FableLetters and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge recurring subscription fees.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Deliveries are sent twice monthly. Delivery timing may vary due to postal service performance outside our control. Risk of loss transfers once items are provided to the carrier.
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at fableletters@gmail.com.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including stories, branding, and artwork, is owned by FableLetters and protected by copyright and related laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, FableLetters is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including delays or lost mail, beyond amounts paid for the affected subscription period.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
